Relationships are at the core of what I do. Properties come and go as we traverse life stages and our families and businesses grow & change.

I am invested in long term relationships with my clients. As your needs and preferences change and develop, I’m there to step you through buying, selling and investing, with ease and assurance.

As your representative & guide, I am committed to your satisfaction; you can be involved as much, or as little as you like.

I am more than happy to go over and above for my clients, co-ordinating all manner of adjustments and extras such as refurbishment, styling and fitting, and investment asset management.

I work for your interests, and yours only. As an independent my sole purpose is to secure the best possible deal for you.

This is so important: I act only in the interests of my clients, and that means you can trust my advice and guidance.

I firmly believe that a good deal should see all parties leave the table satisfied, and I make it my business to research, negotiate and renegotiate to this end. If mutual satisfaction cannot be reached, then no deal.

Discretion and confidentiality underpin all my client dealings. I take the privacy of my clients’ personal and business dealings very seriously.

Discretion is integral to a ‘trust-based’ relationship, and is therefore fundamental to the way I conduct my business.

I’m a full member of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and am proud to be held to the highest standards of practice in my field.

I also sit on the KW Network’s ‘Agent Leadership Council’ in London mentoring and training other independent network partners, a role reserved for the top performing agents in each region.

I grew up in Australia, and the Aussies have a habit of telling it like it is. It is in the best interests of my clients that I communicate my honest point of view from the outset, without sugar coating.

I’m not in the business of wasting your time; my clients are busy people and appreciate my succinct advice and clear guidance.

In keeping with my direct style of communication, I believe it is important that my clients feel fully informed before we begin to work together. That means all fees are clearly stated from the outset.

It also means my contract is simple and straightforward, with no nasty fine print tricks. Transparency is essential to a healthy working relationship, and I believe that having all the facts on the table fosters this.
